How ClinicFlowVA Began
We started out small, working with just two clients in our first year, mainly providing medical reception and billing support. Over time, we built strong relationships with healthcare providers, and referrals quickly became the foundation of our growth. Because we consistently helped practices reach their goals, many of our clients referred us to colleagues — and that’s how our agency grew.

These success stories not only solved immediate challenges but also created long-term trust with our clients. By our second year, we had grown to support eight providers, and today we’ve worked with 23 healthcare professionals across specialties such as mental health, telehealth medicine, podiatry, and physical therapy.
Making an Impact for Providers
Through proven results and referrals, we’ve completed over 60 projects — from billing and denial management to telehealth support and scheduling. Our mission remains the same: to give providers the reliable support they need to focus on patient care.
Along the way, we’ve had the privilege of making a real impact. We helped a physical therapy clinic recover months of aging claims, boosting their cash flow and easing financial stress. We supported a mental health provider by streamlining scheduling and billing, giving them more time to focus on patient care instead of paperwork. We also partnered with a podiatry practice to improve claims submission and denial management, which resulted in faster reimbursements and a more efficient billing cycle.
